Well, that’s something a bit better than bonus content, right? Page 1 should be up on Tuesday.

Bonus Content: Abandoned Issue 7 Cover

As promised… bonus content. This would have been the cover of Issue 7 if I’d used the original idea I was working with. There was to be a brief underwater excursion, which is what this cover depicts. I was sorry that this stuff never got used, because I researched the “frogman” apparatus extensively, in an attempt to avoid being the next case study listed here.

Hopefully the cover of the “real” Issue 7 will appear soon.

Regarding Issue 7

There will be a slightly longer delay before Issue 7. Here is why: as Issue 6 was finishing, I began working on the next issue, as I always do. I planned it and drew the cover and got as far as drawing and inking the fifth page before I came to realize that I hated the issue. It was a truly horrible thing that I dreaded working on.

So I’ve had to start Issue 7 from square one again, which will mean that it’ll start a bit later than I’d prefer. Don’t worry, though, it will be coming, and I promise it’ll be better than the issue I was working on before.Trust me, you wouldn’t have liked it either. It was bad stuff.

(I realize I’ve whetted everyone’s curiosity now, but really, don’t get excited. It was about spies, and thrilling action, and explosions, and that kind of thing. You know, boring stuff.)

The new issue will begin sometime next month. In the interim period there will be bonus content. Sit tight, we’ll get through this.
