This marks the first appearance of the “away” uniform variant, designed to be worn when not on board the ship. It consists of a light jacket over a short-sleeved shirt. Atwright doesn’t have one because they are not issued to serving staff. I’ll try to add them to the guidebook as soon as I get a chance.
The labyrinth must be “activated” because it is a mechanical puzzle, and it will not work if it’s not turned on.
The ship is being refit while they are in England. This refit is intended to improve the ship’s passenger accommodations following the passenger-class approval in the previous issue. They’re having it done in England because they don’t want to work with Horizon again for obvious reasons, and because Astor owns most of the other airship yards in the States.
Finally, that bearded guy is Dr. Kuruschov, who will finally get to have some lines again for the first time since Issue 3.
