Sunrise

Hmm,  have we ever seen this guy before?  Don’t speak too soon…he appeared once before,  in Issue 1.  He was just a no-name in that instance,  but now he has a name (Julian Donovan) and is the director of Horizon.  I always liked the way that guy looked (despite the fact that Issue 1,   Page 6 is the nadir of Sunrise art) so I thought this would be a great opportunity to bring him back for a little bit.
