It's Laszlo Carreidas, "The Millionaire Who Never Laughs," from Flight 714. One of my favorite fictional characters, actually, because even though he's theoretically a "good guy," he's one of the most unethical characters ever to appear in Tintin. I figured that an "investors' convention" would be a good place to sneak in the main stockholder of Sani-Cola. (And although he's not a "friend" of Cuthbert's, he does describe the Professor as "priceless" and finds him absolutely hilarious.) Nope!
