Yes,  he’s really going to do it!  In fact,  he did do it!  This is an unexpected turn of events which I really did not expect when I started writing the Yucateca storyline.  Aaron Blanchard is actually leaving the main cast,  and I don’t know when we’ll see him again.  The reason I’m doing this is that it no longer makes sense for him to stay.  He doesn’t want to be there,  and it would only be a matter of time before he left.  So he’s leaving now.  He’s learned something valuable from his experience in the Yucatan,  and now it’s time for him to act on what he’s learned.  He’ll visit,  I promise.  But there will be no reset buttons,  he will never again be a member of the main cast.  Aaron is leaving.
