Look over in the sidebar, and you’ll see a new header called Link Board. This is a free advertising space. By free, I mean you don’t have to pay for it. The idea is this: The Link Board will run temporary advertisements for other comics. If you read Sunrise and you have your own webcomic, please send me an email and I’ll post a link to your comic on the Link Board. (Sites which are not comics will be considered, but comics are preferred.) I don’t intend to exercise extreme censorship over this, although obviously NSFW sites will not be considered. My intention is simply to give back the chance for some link sharing that I removed when I dropped Project Wonderful.
I’m not entirely sure how this will work yet, I’ll develop the operating principles based on the demand. Links will be displayed on the Link Board for a period of time yet-to-be-determined, after which point they will go into an archive. Links will remain in the archive forever!
So here’s what you do: email me with a link to your site and a brief description (not something long! See how short you can make it. Brevity is the soul of wit.) and I’ll stick it up on the board. Use “Link Board” as the subject line of your email.
